Knowing how fit you are is an important place to start if you want to improve. Fitness is more than just one thing, your fitness is made up of different components – energy, strength, flexibility, shape, and others. We are all different and so is our fitness – some people are flexible but have low energy, others are a little over-weight but may be strong. The National Fitness Test allows you to find out about your fitness in all of its components, so that everyone has the chance to be good at something. We searched around the fitness and health world and couldn’t find anything that made it easy and fun to find out how fit you are without spending lots of money or time, so we came up with this!

- Testing yourself – at home, in the park, in the gym – you choose. Cheat if you want to, but you’ll only cheat yourself!
- Using tests you can trust – no made up nonsense, our tests have all been developed by experts.
- With almost no equipment – no gimmicks, no expensive toys….. basically a stopwatch and a tape measure for most things.
- A really straightforward scoring system – so you know exactly where you stand without confusing numbers or scientific gibberish.
- And if you want to, you can share & compare results and challenge your friends.
We wont prod you or poke you and we won’t try to be too clever. We promise, however, that we will always be honest with you and tell it how it is.
